These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of roofnut.co and to calls, texts and emails you get from RoofNut. AC Construction LLC dba RoofNut is a residential and commercial roofing, siding and gutter company based in Hilliard, Ohio ("RoofNut," "we," "us"). By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Using our website

You can use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting into areas you aren't allowed to access, sending spam or harmful code, or submitting false information. We work to keep the content accurate, but it's for general information only and may change without notice. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

2. Estimates, consultations and project terms

Consultations, inspections, instant online quotes and estimates are not binding offers or contracts. Pricing, scope and timing can change after we look at your property in person. Work begins only after you and RoofNut sign a written agreement. Warranties, payment terms, schedules and all other project terms are covered only by that signed agreement and any manufacturer documents it references. Nothing on this website creates a warranty or promises any coverage.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

What the program is. When you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree that RoofNut may contact you at the phone number you provided by phone call and text message about your request. This includes responding to your inquiry, scheduling visits, and sending project updates. Some calls and texts may be sent using automated technology.

  • Consent is not required to buy. You don't have to agree to calls or texts to buy any product or service from us.
  • Message frequency varies. How often we text depends on your request and your project.
  • Rates. Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop getting texts. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out. You can also ask us to stop calling you at any time.

  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Your mobile information. We never sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
  • Supported carriers. Texts are sent through major U.S. carriers. Service may not be available on every carrier or device.

4. Intellectual property

The content on this website belongs to RoofNut or is used with permission. That includes our name, logo, text, photos, videos and design. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission. Other brand names mentioned on this site belong to their owners.

5. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of viruses. To the fullest extent the law allows, RoofNut is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this website or relying on its content. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under your signed agreement with us or under laws that can't be waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute about these Terms or this website will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Franklin County, Ohio.
